BIOGRAPHY

Aashi Arora, principal executive coach at iRISE, has had over 20 years of executive and administrator level experience in operations, healthcare professional mentoring, and coaching.

iRISE Executive Coaching provides services to individuals who are seeking leadership development and enhanced performance.

Aashi provides strengths-based executive coaching through programs designed to enhance management acumen, selfawareness, and emotional intelligence.

Aashi has been focused on training and development since completing her advanced education. Her early career was based in healthcare billing and advanced practice management which later advanced into higher executive roles within University of California, Irvine, including Executive Director of Finance and Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for a health system budget over $1 billion. Aashi has held numerous positions with academic professional societies and maintains an Assistant Adjunct Professor title with Loma Linda University’s School of Public Health.

Emotional intelligence (EI) is defined by a set of social and emotional skills that influence the way

the relevance of an individual’s EQ (emotional quotient) and strategies to boost it.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Using Gallup’s Q12 model, we will explore what decades of workplace research has shown – that
engaged employees are more productive employees. Participants will learn how to measure
employee engagement and incorporate key elements in their workplace.

EFFECTIVE COMMITTEES MANAGEMENT

This talk explores how to set up effective committees and how to attain team goals. We will
explore various tools to use in increasing committee engagement and delivering effective
meetings. We will also discuss strategies to mitigate meeting “derailers.”
