STRENGTHS LEADERSHIP

This engaging discussion explores the benefits of determining individual and team strengths.
This talk includes exercises around identifying and applying individual strengths, as well as,
exploring assessments and tools that can be used in enhancing team morale.

IMPOSTER SYNDROME

Through this talk, we will define imposter syndrome through peer-reviewed and researched
case studies. We will then offer strategies to address and mitigate the consequences of imposter
syndrome in the workplace. Participants are encouraged to offer their own stories or
experiences with imposter syndrome.

LEADERSHIP STYLES: COACHING

What happens if managers dictate less and coach their employees more? Through this talk, we
will explore the benefits of developing a coaching mindset, identify strategies to employ, and
discuss action steps needed to develop leaders more as coaches.

CREATING INCLUSIVE CULTURE

Diversity does not equal inclusivity. Through this talk, we will first explore the dimensions of
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through the lens of Unconscious Bias. We will then outline
strategies to foster an inclusive culture in the workplace.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Emotional intelligence (EI) is defined by a set of social and emotional skills that influence the way
we perceive and express ourselves. EI helps develop and maintain social relationships, cope with
challenges, and use emotional information in an effective way. Through this talk, we will explain
the relevance of an individual’s EQ (emotional quotient) and strategies to boost it.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Using Gallup’s Q12 model, we will explore what decades of workplace research has shown – that
engaged employees are more productive employees. Participants will learn how to measure
employee engagement and incorporate key elements in their workplace.

EFFECTIVE COMMITTEES MANAGEMENT

This talk explores how to set up effective committees and how to attain team goals. We will
explore various tools to use in increasing committee engagement and delivering effective
meetings. We will also discuss strategies to mitigate meeting “derailers.”
